Family Hotel Rilancio is equipped with a modern kitchen and restaurant. We are happy to serve you not just breakfast and dinner but also please your appetite at weddings or (not only company) parties. Matěj Pelíšek, an experienced Chef who has worked for renowned restaurants, is the guarantee of quality.

All meals are being prepared from fresh season organic ingredients of high quality which we mostly buy from local farmers in our region.

We also use high quality ingredients from abroad. The menu focuses on balance of all nutrients that are important for human body. When preparing the meals we follow the right processes to keep all minerals and vitamins preserved. This makes all meals easy to digest and doing good to your body and mind. We are flexible concerning special diets, vegeterian or vegan meals and others.

Some special ingredients used in our kitchen:

Tamari soya sauce – contains high quality amino acids and microorganisms important for good digestion.

Seaweed (e.g. Combu, Wakame, Arame) – contain high quantity of minerals and vitamins, they are a kind of natural multivitamins. They purify the human body and lower cholesterol level. Seaweed Comba is used when cooking all legumes to enrich them with valuable substances and enhance easy digestion.

Sea salt – rich in mineral substances, pure, no additives.

Buckwheat flour – contains high percentage of fibre, minerals and vitamins (B, E). Its use in the Czech countries has had a rich history since the 12th century. In contrast to wheat flour it contains no gluten.

Corn flour – does not contain gluten. Corn flour is used all over the world, in Mexico, Austria, Italy, Romania etc. Corn is excellent for its high share of protein, fibre, vitamins C and B, complex carbohydrates and essential fatty acids.
