Infra sauna

Infra red radiation warms up your body deep inside your muscles which means the sweating starts at about 50 °C in a surrounding that does not bother your organism. All the time in the cabin you breath air of 20 to 55 °C. This is the main difference between classic sauna and infra sauna.
